What is the burn time for your candles?
These times are estimations assuming you have a healthy burn to your candles.
For Our Medium Candles:30+Hours
For Our Large Candles: 40+ Hours
Why is my Candle Tunneling?
When you light the Candle for the very first time, be sure to let it burn for a while. You want to ensure the entire surface of the candle melts before you put it out or it will Tunnel. Tunneling is when your candle ends up with a ring of solid wax that never ends up melting. It is important to let the candle burn evenly before you put it out. So Do Not light a candle unless you have time to spare!
What kind of wax are your candles made of?
100% Soy Wax. Unless otherwise mentioned in the product description. We occasionally use Gel wax for limited time candles.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 3-5 Business Days for your order to be shipped. Custom orders can take between 5-7 Business Days to ship. Please keep this in mind when making your order for a special occasion.
